Iāve used it for most of my treks, recently while doing a 22km trek in one day with 10 kgs of rucksack. It really helps a lot. The next day Iād zero pain in my calves.
I purchased the green and black Sorgen compression socks (till-knee length, newer product) and put them through two long runs of 27 km and 26 km over the last two weeks. The fit is excellent with adequate graduated compression, which is exactly what I was looking for.
What really impressed me was the post-run recovery. I wore them for a few hours after each run and felt a real difference in muscle fatigue. No crampy feeling, which was genuinely surprising in the best way. As someone training for a marathon, these have become essential to my prep.
There's one thing to know upfront ā putting them on takes about 10ā15 minutes as a beginner, so if you're planning an early run, budget that extra time. It gets easier with practice, but worth going in knowing that.
I'd definitely recommend these to anyone serious about marathon training or long-distance running. The compression is legit, and the recovery benefit is tangible ā not just marketing hype. My only wish would be to see a few more colour options in future releases.

This is a good product and does the job it is meant for. I ordered it because I misplaced my original ones that I received with both pairs of stockings. However I would have appreciated if Sorgen had provided this free of cost for whoever had two or more stockings atleast and has been a loyal customer.
